The easiest way is if they have a laptop. We run the wifi hotspot software which has an option called logging url. Then you connect the tv to the wifi hotspot. select the channels of samsung tv. Then save the log file and send it to me. I just had success someone in this forum sent me the log...

When you make the hotspot, you then connect the tv to it. surf the streamed channels on the tv and the traffic is logged on the hot spot save that log file and send me it

I'm still looking for someone to log samsung channels. There are so many new channel missing from samsung brasil tvplus playlist. Because nobody will spend 10 minute to help logging the stream from their tv.
